Well done team, the scores are in from Booking.com!

We are very proud of our wonderful team on scoring 9.3 out of 10 on the latest Booking.com customer feedback collation, a huge achievement that highlights the dedication of our team in providing the absolutely best service.

Alongside the scores from Booking.com, we have also been ‘Top Rated’ by our guests from Laterooms.com in the ‘Simply The Guest’ Awards, based purely on the guest feedback.

This ensures that our guests know they’re getting the best, with this award only given to hotels that have a minimum score of 80%, and over a certain number of reviews so no one hit wonders are included.

We want to say a huge thank you to all our guests for taking the time to write their reviews, providing us with feedback to continually improve our offering, and making every visit to Sweeney Hall as fabulous as it can be!
